The history of the Irkutsk service "300-100" began in 2006 with two machines and one manager. In six years it developed in one of the leading taxi organizations of the city with own vehicle fleet in 35 cars and service for service. In addition to services of the city taxi the company also renders services of special equipment.

Till 2011 work in service was constructed classically, as well as at most the similar organizations – calls came on several, to the city lines which are not connected among themselves, requests registered in notebooks, contact with cars was conducted by means of radio sets. At some point such system finally ceased suit company management "300-100", and the decision on implementation of an automated system was made.

"Every day we faced the same problems - impossibility of tracking of real quantity of incoming calls and also qualities and speeds of their processing by operators, - Sergey Belozor, the head of the 300-100 taxi tells. And it is the vital indicators for any company from the service industry. Besides we wanted to leave from the bothered radio sets, to make transparent and exact calculation of cost of a trip, having taken away calculation from hands of drivers and to raise the service level of clients due to automatic informing by the SMS".

After reading of numerous responses and information on the Internet the choice was stopped on the product Infinity TAXI from the Moscow company "Weathervane Sale" www.inteltelecom.ru. As Sergey Belozor notes, the user-friendly interface of this system, the electronic taximeter giving the chance in the automatic mode to calculate the cost of a trip and a possibility of tracking of work of drivers on electronic cards was pleasant.

"In the course of implementation we faced some organizational problems. Some employees were not able to use computers and drivers did not show enthusiasm from transition from radio sets to navigators, - Sergey Belozor shares. - But after due training these issues were successfully resolved. Especially an opportunity to unload operators thanks to the automatic customer notification through the SMS and an answerphone was pleasant. In general it is possible to note that after implementation we solved assigned tasks and increased the number of the processed requests for 30-40%. Thanks to increase in number of requests there was demand for additional boards thereof the decision on increase in the rolling stock was made and we bought in addition 16 new machines that increased our profit.
