Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) 5 stars completed the project on automation of retail sales in salon ". Academy of beauty", the company contractor reported on November 29, 2012. A technology basis of the project - software "1C: Retail 8".

Approach

The customer offers clients a broad spectrum of hairdresser's and cosmetology services, retail sale of professional cosmetics.

Before acquisition of the 1C: Retail 8 software product account of Inventories was kept manually, control over transactions remained very conditional. Shortages are recorded. Financial performance of salon left much to be desired.

For permission of current situation specialists "1C: The first BIT" suggested to automate a workplace of the merchandiser seller. The 1C: Retail 8 system was recognized optimal as suited the customer at the price and fully met the requirements for the organization of an inventory control and sales accounting stated to them. In addition to the program the client purchased the scanner a stroke of the Symbol 1203 code.

Solution

Service of management of Inventories allowed to perform arrival of goods on a warehouse, its implementation, inventory, return, to control its movement, to work with sets. Creation of a transparent system of an inventory control considerably simplified activity of the merchandiser and also allowed the management to exercise operating control over the material consumption. Use of the scanner a stroke of the Symbol 1203 code reduced time expenditure and load of the cashier. The scanner, schitav data about a product code stroke, transmits result of scanning to the computer where it is processed and remains. Process automation promoted growth of level of responsibility of personnel, cost reduction, improvement of quality and service rate of visitors.

Implementation of the 1C: Retail 8 software product allowed to optimize business processes of the trade direction in the company, to organize operational accounting.
