"A101" and Sberbank intend to implement in projects of Group of technology of the smart home

2019: Development of the urban environment

On October 4, 2019 A101 Group reported that together with PJSC Sberbank signed the agreement on strategic cooperation in information technology fields and development of the urban environment.

In particular, the parties intend to conduct joint developments in the field of the smart home on the platform of Smart-ZhK bank for further implementation of a number of technologies to residential complexes and commercial objects of Group. It is about a product of VisionLabs company in the field of biometric access control of inhabitants, employees and visitors on the territory of the residential complex, automation of control of journey on the house adjoining territory and a parking for inhabitants and visitors and also for cars of service companies, city services and special equipment.

Other direction of joint work in the field of the smart home – creation in projects of A101 Group medical of infrastructure based on service DocDoc. Within this project the possibility of providing to inhabitants and residents of objects of Group of online consultations with doctors of different specialties and also holding co-branded actions is considered.

The agreement also assumes development of the joint acceleration and training programs in the field of the innovative development and high technologies and also implementation of joint projects on research activity, search and attraction in the international and domestic markets of the innovative technologies directed to increase in performance indicators of work of the parties.

Taking into account preparation of transition of projects of A101 Group to escrow accounts special attention will be paid to joint development of analytical products and models, based on analysis algorithms of data arrays, digitalization of relationship and to the analysis using scoring models of corporate partners of A101 Group.
