The Onlanta company provides functioning and support of IT infrastructure of A3 payment system.

About a system

"A3" is a new payment system to operators of housing and communal services, cellular communication, the Internet, television and others services.

Solution

Onlanta within project implementation placed the server and network equipment necessary for functioning of IT infrastructure in DPC, provided system deployment of backup based on technologies of IBM.

Innovations

In DPC the call center of Avaya is also located that is a new solution for the Russian market as usually customers aim to place call centers with themselves in the territory. The IP telephony complex of call center in the DPC provided with the broadband duplicated Internet channel provides higher availability and reliability.

Service

Onlanta manages addresses of users and will organize work of service Service Desk. Further in process of increase in number of clients and growth of the park of the supported equipment expansion of the service contract, including expansion of support to level 24х7 and providing a package of measures, directed to increase in fault tolerance of a system is planned.

Boris Pshenichnikov, the project manager from A3 company notes: "Taking into account features of the service offered by A3 company and conditions of entry into the market of the new company, it is very important to us to provide reliability and uninterrupted operation of functioning of IT infrastructure, having minimized at the same time the volume of necessary investments. The Onlanta company assumed providing a full range of works on support of IT infrastructure of payment system, including support of an intelligent system of backup".
