ABI Product transfers data to a FSIS "Mercury" using the solution GMCS

Implementation "Vereks. Veterinary science" from GMCS for data transmission in a FSIS "Mercury" and execution of electronic veterinary certificates

On August 6, 2018 the ABI PRODUCT company announced implementing solution "to Vereks. Veterinary science" from GMCS for data transmission in a FSIS "Mercury" and execution of electronic veterinary certificates.

According to the company, during the period from June 30 to July 31, 2018 for products of ABI PRODUCT in a FSIS "Mercury" about 1,195,000 electronic veterinary accompanying documents were written out. Using the solution "Vereks. Veterinary science" specialists of ABI PRODUCT in the automatic mode transfer necessary data from the accounting system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX to "Mercury".

The FSIS "Mercury" provides transparency of all chain of processes, from supply of raw materials to the product delivery to the end consumer. Considering production volumes and deliveries, for us it was important to understand all features of functioning of a system, to provide possible bottlenecks, to consider production stages of a company performance. Integration was entrusted GMCS company with which made the project, important for further business development of our company, on automation of output logistics before. As it was reported, for integration with a FSIS "Mercury" adaptation of the accounting system of the customer was required. The GMCS interface configured by specialists provides interaction of the accounting system with a FSIS "Mercury" on Vetis.API to version 2.0.

Automation based on product Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3

On May 24, 2018 MAYKOR-GMCS announced the beginning of automation of meat-processing company ABI PRODUCT based on product Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3. With assistance of MAYKOR-GMCS the first stage as a result of which on the new platform business processes of the central office of the company in Vladimir and a warehouse complex in the Yaroslavl region are automated is completed.

In a single system the following processes of the central office are automated: financial control and accounts receivable management, NSI, returns, pricing, forwarding, inventory, supplies. Integration with external information systems, including EDI and the system of mobile sales is executed. The analytical reporting gathers on foundation of the corporate relational data warehouse developed by specialists of ABI PRODUCT.

The warehouse complex in the Yaroslavl region was selected from quality of the pilot platform for development and testing of the new uniform standard of warehouse management. The developed WMS solution considers characteristic industry requirements: has the web interface for work with data collection terminals, functionality of minimization of weight errors, provides weight control at all stages of cargo processing, supports integration into the stikerovochny equipment. A system allows to configure flexibly topology of a warehouse and parameters of placement of stocks in it taking into account miscibility of goods in cells, the capacity of cells and criteria of goods turnover rate.

Effective planning of transportations, including the choice of the optimal supplier for each transportation, cost control by transportations with a possibility of the subsequent the plan fact of the analysis provides the functionality implemented based on the standard TMS module. In a system the fitting algorithm and distributions of restricted stocks of products between orders according to priorities of clients and contractual conditions is configured.

There is a preparation for replication of the solution on other separate divisions of ABI PRODUCT.

"The project was based on the principles of use of basic opportunities of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and development of functionality of a system taking into account specifics of business of the customer.
