Content

Project Tasks:

  • Setup and completion of the implemented system under requirements and specifics of business processes of the company (the lock scheme with transfer of sendings and cash on delivery with different legal entities within the general logistics of runs)
  • Setup of information exchange between TMS, WMS and the corporate accounting systems (1C8.1,8.2,8.3, WEB)
  • Process automation of formation of tasks for transportation, creations and trackings of accomplishment of runs

Specifics of the solution:

  • Planning of trunk and regional runs
  • Correction of structure of loads in process of completing of customer orders
  • Difficult logic of selection of loads in runs depending on an order amount, the client, etc.

Project Results:

  • Decrease in labor input of process of formation of runs, reduction of influence of a human factor + round-the-clock independent operation
  • Reduction of staff of department of delivery and warehouse (managers) 6-> 3
  • There was a planned character of works in a warehouse (the expected arrivals, returns)
  • TMS is used by warehouse managers, sellers, financiers
  • Reduction of time between acceptance and shipment of transit goods ("under the order") for 1-2 days
  • Systematization of accounting of runs – is executed fixing of the facts of appointment, correction of run, loading and unloading, account of planned and actual costs on delivery is kept
  • The possibility of inclusion in runs of "commodity exportation" from suppliers, deliveries of supplier returns, export of returns from clients, deliveries of third-party loads (3PL) is implemented
  • Accounting of the loads returned from runs is adjusted (nedovoza, failures of clients), the analytics with the reasons and the amounts on deviations in run appeared
  • There was an online informing clients, sales managers and staff of service of customer service on a status of delivery of orders
