Investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs implements the system of search in social networks and blogs

In the Ministry of Internal Affairs the geographically distributed system of search and information processing (AISU "Search") for intelligence service of general staff of the main command of internal troops forms, follows from the project documentation published in December, 2014.

AISU "Search" is based on solutions of Ontos in which the technology of semantic information extraction from unstructured text data is implemented. Among the user functions of AISU "Search" selection and display of the materials published in electronic media, blogs and social networks in cuts of dates, the configured categories, references in texts of publications of these or those objects of attention is specified (persons, locations, the organizations, etc.).

A system also allows to create thematic collections of documents, a retrospective of development of an event in a document subject, the electronic card of events, the interactive integrated reports and also to create and send "signaling" messages in case of exceeding of the set indicators by the set criteria.

The main command of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow

The saved-up data can be visualized in the form of art works of subjects of the analysis and communications between them, it is possible to unload them on the configured filters in a confidential segment of a system and also to unload data in geoinformation subsystem and to browse information on the card.

Within the project for intelligence service in 2015 it is going to unroll and configure the automated jobs of AIAS "Search" in intelligence service of the headquarters of the North Caucasian regional command and in intelligence service of the Joint force of forces in the North Caucasus, follows from the project documentation.

Also it is required to perform development of functionality of a system, its service and maintenance in 2015. In addition to the North Caucasus other places of execution of works specify dislocations of governing bodies of investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow, the Moscow region and Rostov-on-Don.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs conducts development of AISU "Search" for the last several years according to the order of 2011. It is possible to find information that in 2014 it was going to unroll this system on experimental section in the Main command of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in open sources and to adapt it for work on field mobile units of management.
