The "AIS Butenko and Partners" agency automates accounting in the enterprise

Specialists of the Tomsk branch of the company the First BIT completed the project of automation of AIS Butenko i Partnery LLC based on software "1C: Enterprise Accounting 8", the company integrator reported on December 5, 2012.

Background

Earlier accounting in the organization was not automated up to standard. Account of the state fees on rendering services had to be kept manually that required considerable costs of time and efforts. There were difficulties when forming of the regulated reporting, there were risks of emergence of errors.

To cope with difficulties and to increase the level of control over activity of the company, the management of AIS Butenko i Partnery LLC made the decision on implementation of the 1C: Enterprise Accounting 8 software product providing conducting accounting and tax accounting in strict accordance with relevant requirements of the legislation, to prepare the regulated reporting and to automate work not only accounting, but also other structural divisions (for example, sales department: statement of invoices for payment, delivery notes, invoices).

Solution

During the project specialists of the First BIT made installation and setup of a system, finished standard functionality according to specific requirements of the company, provided training of staff of accounting service.

The project solves the main business challenges. Accounting work, including accounting of the state fees on the rendered services is completely automated. The quantity of manual work was significantly reduced, risks of emergence of errors in accounting are minimized. Control of cash flow is strengthened. The management quickly obtains all necessary information on activity of the company and can timely make the justified management decisions. The efficiency of activity of the company increased.
