"The Ak Bars Finance" prepares the reporting for Bank of Russia using solutions of Sintegro consulting

On April 8, 2019 the Sintegro consulting company reported that AO IK "the AK BARS Finance" prepares accounting (financial) records for the Bank of Russia using solutions of Sintegro consulting.

According to the company, the project was implemented according to the non-standard plan. As a result the reporting in the XBRL format is created in the Sintegro OSBU system. It simplified work of staff of JSC IK "the AK BARS Finance", responsible for delivery of accounting (financial) records – they work only in one accounting system.

Since 2018, according to requirements of the Bank of Russia to professional participants of security market, AO IK "the AK BARS Finance" should keep account according to industry standards of financial accounting and provide in the Bank of Russia a complete packet of the reporting in the XBRL format.

For accounting on OSBU JSC IK "the AK BARS Finance" already uses development of Sintegro consulting - Sintegro of OSBU. For automation of filling of the accounting financial reportings (AFR) in the XBRL format of JSC IK "the AK BARS Finance" selected the solution "XBRL Factory". Implementation of a possibility of reporting in the necessary format from the Sintegro OSBU system became an important condition.

During the project specialists of Sintegro consulting departed from the standard solution – integration of two systems when the accounting records are prepared in Sintegro of OSBU, data for formation of a packet of the reporting are reported to XBRL Factory and already from it in the XBRL format are unloaded in a personal account on the website of the Bank of Russia. For AO IK "the AK BARS Finance" the reporting module according to rules of taxonomy Bank Russia, was built in Sintegro of OSBU. It increased terms of the project of rather standard option, but as a result simplified work of employees "the AK BARS Finance", responsible for submission of reports.

In a project deliverable for AO IK "the AK BARS Finance" autocompletion of 83 forms of accounting (financial) records, including tables on risks and reserves was configured.

The important role was played by regular communications of a project team of Sintegro consulting with us. Delivery of each stage of the project happened "internally": Sintegro's specialists came and showed us readiness of each block of a system. Between AO IK "the AK BARS Finance" and Sintegro consulting the agreement of support is signed. In its framework "the AK BARS Finance" will receive 3.0 forms of the reporting adapted for taxonomy when upgraded version is approved by the Bank of Russia.
