2020: The first stage of digital transformation of HR

The company GMCS announced on July 21, 2020 that it completed the first stage of digital transformation of HR in the diamond-mining company ALROSA. Processes of personnel administration and payroll more than 20 thousand employees of ALROSA are conducted in the Russian HRM- the platform "BOSS-personnel officer".

In ALROSA the uniform digital space for work of the divisions and services answering for business processes personnel managements and payroll is created. Use of the Russian HRM solution allows to optimize personnel processes, to start personnel initiatives, to obtain transparent information for internal services and business.

In a HR system payroll, privileges and compensations taking into account the impressive number of staff of ALROSA is conducted. Also specialists of GMCS put base for process automation of planning of the wage fund (WF).

Development of GMCS of integration mechanisms for data exchange of the implemented solution more than with 20 adjacent systems of the enterprise, including SAP and other business applications became one of technology features of the project.

Despite a difficult solution architecture, an opportunity to carry out drawing updating of a HR-system by forces of specialists of ALROSA that minimizes system maintenance costs remained.

Within development it is going to include in a uniform settlement circuit and other ALROSA enterprises, having continued by that formation of a uniform digital profile of the employee.
