The project consisted of several stages. First of all migration of SAP BW on HANA in a cloud of HEC was implemented, further – the methodology in the field of budgeting and key performance indicators is developed. Completion of methodology regarding the financial consolidated statements according to IFRS on SAP BPC became the third stage. In the conclusion all process was automated in 36 structural divisions and 12 affiliated enterprises of ALROSA.
