Within the project of automation of the producer and the supplier of automobile components - AMK LLC, specialists "1C: Homnet Consulting" was implemented by the 1C: Accounting 8 and 1C: Trade Management 8 software products. In a project deliverable in AMK company the main business processes, supply rate, executed in time are automated, increased to 60%, effective and uninterrupted cooperation with the western suppliers of mechanical parts and the car assembly enterprises for all Russia is established.


At the beginning of 2009 the management of holding made the decision on restructuring of which creation of AMK company which main activity was a delivery from abroad of mechanical parts for all factories of holding was result. The new structure of the enterprise provided creation of an autonomous information system for independent implementation of organization activity of "AMK". The decision to create a new information system on the modern and multifunction platform, such as 1C:Enterprise 8 was made. Within the project the task to automate accounting, tax, operational accounting (purchases, sales and a warehouse) was set. The solutions "1C: Trade Management 8" and "1C: Accounting 8" allowing to automate these and other tasks, relevant for the company, such as sales management and deliveries, the analysis of relationship with buyers and suppliers, etc. were for this purpose selected.

According to the results of market monitoring of the IT companies the management of "AMK" selected for project implementation the company "1C: Homnet Consulting", the having reputation of the reliable and experienced partner in the field of product introduction of 1C:Enterprise 8. Specialists "1C: Homnet Consulting" successfully executed implementation of 1C: Accounting 8 and 1C: Trade Management 8 and adapted these solutions taking into account features of business processes of AMK company.

Within the project of automation of business activities of AMK LLC specialists "1C: Homnet Consulting" adapted the solution "1C: Trade Management 8": configured data exchange between 1C: Accounting 8 and 1C: Trade Management 8; transferred reference books from the internal accounting system used in the company; implemented printing of documents on internal templates of the company including in foreign languages. The commercial director of AMK company Andrey Goncharov commented: "Earlier printing of documents was performed only in Russian, and our employees had to translate all documents for foreign suppliers. Thanks to an automatic output of documents to printing in the English version, managers significantly save temporary resources and redistribute them on the solution of other priority tasks".

During implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 software product specialists "1C: Homnet Consulting" accounting of transactions with money, formation of the regulated reporting, the personified accounting and another automated fixed asset accounting and intangible assets, payroll and taxes on wage fund.

"Thanks to functionality and the interface of the implemented software product, we had an opportunity quickly and with smaller labor costs to make all accounting transactions, – the chief accountant of AMK company Irina Volstein summed up the results of automation of the block of accounting and tax accounting. – And it allows the CEO to obtain operational information about a financial status and financial results of activity of the company".

Also specialists of the company "1C: Homnet Consulting" provided training of employees of "AMK" according to their job responsibilities and configured access rights for active users. As a result of implementation of an information system the main business processes of the company are automated:

  • Supply management. Problems of vendor interaction are solved: order placement, settlement, etc.;
  • Managements of warehouse stocks;
  • Logistics managements, optimization of transport transactions;
  • Sales, work with distributors;
  • Customer relations. The uniform customer base is created, full sales accounting, transactions and negotiations with clients, etc. is kept.

Thanks to it time of receiving and document handling is reduced, for 30% labor costs of employees are reduced by execution of operations, loss of documents is excluded, more operational accounting of costs promoted increase in controllability of the company, supply rate, executed just in time, increased to 60%.
