By Cloud4Y the Alliance provided to Media of Strategy "" service "Federal Law 152 Cloud"

On August 23, 2018 Cloud4Y reported that according to values of customer focus and social responsibility of business, for processing personal data according to requirements of the Federal law "About personal data" Alliance of Media Strategy made the decision to use for placement ISPDN separate protected "Federal Law 152 cloud" from Cloud4Y.

"Federal Law 152 cloud" is provided by corporate cloud provider Cloud4Y as service and exempts the operator of PDN from capital costs of creation and ownership of protected IT infrastructure. The applied means protection underwent in accordance with the established procedure conformity assessment and have the certificates issued by relevant organs FSTEC and FSB OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION. The cloud provider implements a complex of organizational and technical measures of protection, necessary and sufficient according to the order of FSTEC No. 21, allowing to provide to clients impossibility of implementation of security risks of PDN including from service staff and from other clients located "in the neighbourhood" in a cloud. Compliance to security requirements of a system is confirmed by certification by licensees of FSTEC. Russia data centers Cloud4Y located in safe clouds completely meets rule of law about localization of storage bases and separate processing of personal data of the Russian citizens in the territory of the Russian Federation (242-FZ).
