2020: Improvement of the warning system on cargo delivery
In transport the company "Baikal Service" with participation IT- the companies Antor the project which allowed to improve the warning system on cargo deliveries in one hundred large cities is implemented. The Antor company reported about it on October 27, 2020.
With its start clients of carrier began to obtain in real time information on the statuses of the dispatched cargo.
As the director of digital transformation of business of Baykal-Service shopping Mall LLC Sergey Maydebura specified, this project managed to be implemented for rather short term – five months. Its implementation went step by step, it includes all branches of the company, and these are about 115 cities. To functionality over one thousand drivers and logisticians were trained. It is expected that by the end of October, 2020 the total number of the requests getting under the instant notification will reach 70%.
When we only began, it was talked of only 15 cities and only of functionality of routing. To come to such level of scaling of the project and to unroll the full plan fact the analysis of delivery, harmonious work of a command on both sides and our industry expertize was necessary.
