2024: Optimizing Sales and Management Processes

"First Bit" optimized sales and management processes for the construction group of companies "ART GROUP" using migration to the solution "Bitrix24," integrated with the industry service Profitbase, IP telephony and the developer's website. This was announced by "First Bit" on September 30, 2024.

Specialists of the Krasnodar on Kozhevennaya office of the IT integrator First Bit were able to significantly improve control over the activities of the sales department at ART GROUP GROUP. Managers can now quickly monitor the implementation of plans and assess the effectiveness of employees using convenient analytics tools. Increased process transparency has led to increased sales - now management quickly identifies and eliminates sales funnel bottlenecks and implements best management and analysis practices.

The introduction of a call center using IP telephony through Bitrix24 significantly optimized the work of the sales department. Automation of call processing, recording of conversations and the ability to call directly through the system made it possible to reduce the time for processing each request and reduce the number of missed contacts.

The main difficulty arose when integrating the used telephony with Bitrix24. Existing IP telephony did not support switching between accounts on the same device. However, the team managed to find and implement a solution that satisfied the client - to configure the equipment only for a specific user. As a result, the call center was able to receive and make calls through a landline, "said Harry Asryan, project manager at First Bit, Harry Asryan.

Now all data on transactions and calls are stored in one place, and their management is centralized. Employees gained access to a complete history of customer interactions, allowing for a better understanding of their needs. Improved interaction control helped significantly "ART GROUP" increase sales conversion. Management of the layouts and availability of real estate objects was implemented through integration with the Shakhmatka apartment program of the Profitbase service. Now employees can track changes in the availability of objects in real time directly from the transaction card to Bitrix24 and quickly respond to customer requests.

Unlike our previous CRM system, Bitrix24 and Profitbase completely close all the functions we need, including setting up deal funnels and leads, connecting IP telephony, SMS services and using a rent program. During the project, the team of the Krasnodar office of First Bit demonstrated its experience and professionalism, helped to implement all the ideas and, as a result, increase the efficiency of the sales department, - said Alla Suslova, head of the marketing department of the ART GROUP group of companies.
