THE SUPERMARKET CHAIN OF "ATTACKS" CREATES THE UNIFIED INFORMATION SYSTEM USING "HOMNET: IFRS".

ATAK — the French network of food shops discounters. Belongs to AuchanGroupe Auchan SA company. Owns 2225 supermarkets in 5 countries of the world: Franciums (Atac and Simply Market), Italy (Simply Market), Poland (Elea), Spain (Simply Market) and Russia (ATTACKS). Simply Market is a new format into which pass ATAK supermarkets. The ATTACKS Russia includes 63 supermarkets located in Moscow, the Moscow region, Vladimir, Ryazan, Tver and Tula. Shops are positioned as the "shops at the house" expected the clients living in pedestrian availability from shops.

PROBLEMS AND TASKS

Now 11 legal entities are a part of ATTACKS company, in each company the information base is set. The difficult organization structure creates certain difficulties at collection of information about activity of supermarkets and its further processing. "The attacks Russia" is a part of the international Auchan group, and there is a need to provide IFRS the reporting in head office of Group. The leadership team of ATTACKS company made the decision on implementation of the specialized software product on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform intended for conducting managerial accounting and reporting according to the IFRS standards.

Solution

Based on the tender held among the leading partners of 1C for project implementation the company "was selected by 1C: Homnet Consulting" and its development - the software product "Homnet: IFRS".

"Homnet: IFRS" - the specialized solution of the company "1C: Homnet Consulting" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform, intended for accounting according to the principles of international standards (MSFO, GAAP) and managerial financial accounting.

Within the project specialists of Homnet implemented the block "Homnet: IFRS" based on 1C: Accounting CORP for the purpose of automation of accounting according to international standards. Project works were carried out on one information base. Also individual preference and completion of a system according to requirements of the customer was performed.

After project implementation specialists of Homnet provided training in use of opportunities of the new program. Implementation of this project allowed the staff of ATTACKS company to solve a set of versatile problems in the unified information system.
