AVIS Ukraine (Microsoft Dynamics CRM)

At the Ukrainian office of the Avis leasing company, representative office of the world's largest corporation on leasing and car rental, the project on system implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its integration with the contact center operating in the company started. The project is implemented by the Ukrainian company "E-Consulting". The first phase of the project is going to be completed in three months.

Implementation of the CRM system, as envisioned by the customer, will allow to consolidate data on all clients of the company and the signed agreements in uniform base, to automate sales processes and managements of marketing and also planning processes and managements of work of vehicle fleet, to systematize transactions with leasing and rolling, management of lifecycle and service maintenance of the car. Also it is supposed to provide performance monitoring of work on each manager, department and branch by means of the CRM system.

A system allows to predict and manage load of vehicles, drivers and service; manage financial risks, pricing and liquidity of fixed assets. Integration into the web portal will allow the registered clients to select on the Internet the item of providing the car, the brand and model of a car available in this point for the specified dates.

According to integrator, a system contains 18 managerial and 9 financial automated dynamic statements that will allow to receive the broad picture about business development and to make operational management decisions. Besides, the CRM system will allow to automate work of operators of customer service and sales department.

As reported, the cost of a full range of modules at the rate on 120 users in 16 roles is 1.6 million hryvnias (about 8.5 million rubles).
