Content

Company "1C: The first BIT" completed an implementation project of the automated control system in Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture on the platform of the 1C:University PROF software product, the press service of the company reported on August 23, 2013.

Project Background

Academy - budget organization, questions of accurate distribution of economic resources for it - one of priority tasks.

In search of the solution for control automation by business processes, the academy considered many automated systems for educational institutions. The choice was stopped on the 1C:University PROF program. The contractor in the project "1C: The first BIT".

Project Progress

Specialists of the contractor carried out installation of the software product, created a centralized system of data exchange.

Project Results

The mechanism of planning of educational process at 14 departments in 5 dean's offices of academy became simpler.

Are automated:

  • work of selection committee;
  • planning of educational process;
  • calculation and load distribution;
  • management of the contingent;
  • work with orders;
  • management of a campus of university;
  • holding final state assessment;
  • lesson schedule;
  • management of scientific activity and so forth.

Vladislav Lukyanenko, the vice rector of academy for the general questions, noted: "In a project deliverable of implementation of the 1C:University 8.PROF program the academy received the unified information system in which all work on management of educational process is joint. Time for search and processing of necessary information decreased, double entry of data is excluded. The management obtains necessary management information about a status of activity of university".
