2018: Creation of a project management system for the development of active pharmaceutical substances

An Active Component project management system has been created.

The company is simultaneously conducting more than 40 projects related to the collection of initial information on the creation of new products, lasting 1-2 months and about 10 projects on the development of pharmaceutical substances with a implementation period of 1 to 2 years.

The active growth of the company and the strategy to increase production volumes led to the search for a tool for automating project management processes and reducing the timing of projects.

Project Results:

• On the basis of the ADVANTA platform, a project management system for the development and registration of active pharmaceutical substances has been introduced.
• Cards for two types of projects "Development and registration of pharmaceutical substances" and "Collection of primary information" have been set up.
• All active projects have been transferred to the system.
• Automatic reporting forms have been set up for Checkpoint Status and Project Status reports.
• You have set up project registry reporting and a detailed Project Status Report.
• Configured dashborda to visually evaluate the state of the project registry.
• Training of users on the fundamentals of project management was carried out.
