Administration of Chukotka Autonomous Okrug

The Rostelecom company and Department of industrial and agricultural policy of Chukotka Autonomous Okrug signed in the summer of 2016 the public contract on rendering services in implementation of interdepartmental electronic interaction in CHAO territory.

The system of interdepartmental interaction allows authorities of all levels to exchange data for rendering public services in electronic form. Thus, equal access to information resources of the electronic government is provided to citizens and the organizations.

The contract is signed within implementation of the subprogramme "Development of information society and electronic government of" the state program "Information society CIAO for 2014-2018". Services in electronic interaction will be rendered as in the region, and far off using data processing centers by the principles of cloud computing.

"Transfer of public services to an electronic form, first of all, promotes achievement of transparency, clearness and simplicity in the everyday relations of the state and the citizen. Already today inhabitants of the region can receive a set of services without queues and excess papers, practically without leaving the house" — Nikolay Kiselyov, the director of work with corporate and state segments of the Khabarovsk branch of Rostelecom told.

Remotely it is possible to use the public and municipal services from any computer with Internet access. For this purpose it is necessary to be registered on the www.gosuslugi.ru portal and to receive an account activation code. The portal of public services allows to fill in in electronic form many application forms, to pay penalties, the state fees and charges, to submit the electronic tax declaration.
