The administration of Primorsky Krai completed project management system implementation

On April 4, 2016 it became known of plans of Proyektnaya praktika Group together with Administration of Primorsky Krai to create and implement the state information system of project management on the platform of Project Measurement technology. The company acquired the right to execution of works in the project based on tender in March, 2016^[1].

Project Tasks

This year we are going to start a project management information system. Each step of each of participants of commands will be reflected in this system, and it means that everything will become even more transparent. It is supposed that specialists of the contractor will give methodical support to the customer when developing the regulating documentation and will help to start main engines of project management.

Project Results

On December 9, 2016 Proyektnaya PRAKTIKA Group announced completion of complex implementation of the state information system "Project Management in Primorsky Krai".

Within the project experts implemented an information system, gave methodical support when developing the regulating documentation, helped with start of main engines of project management, trained government employees of Primorye in bases of project management.

Actions with participation of administration of Primorsky Krai, (2016)

Proyektnaya PRAKTIKA Group acquired the right to works for Administration of Primorsky Krai based on an open competition in April, 2016.

Project implementation for Primorye continued 7 months and came to the end in November, 2016. For December 9, 2016 the information system is put into operation.

The contractor installed an information system on the basis of industry solution PM Foresight for a public sector. A system corresponds to state standard specifications in the field of project management, to basic provisions of Resolution No. 1050 of 10/15/2016 "About the organization of project activity in the Government of the Russian Federation".

The implemented project management information system will help employees of Administration of Primorsky Krai to implement initiatives of federal level in the field of project management, to control and conduct monitoring of a large number of projects.

As a result of this project the project office is created.
