Administration of Rybinsk (DocsVision (product))

In August, 2010 at the initiative of the Head of administration according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 5/6/2008 No. 632-r the decision to increase efficiency of document flow in Administration and also in Department of the real estate and Department on management of land resources of Administration of the city district the city of Rybinsk was made.

For project implementation 2 competing systems were considered: DocsVision and Directum. The main factors when choosing the platform for benefit of DocsVision became:

• Implementation with a payment deferral for 7 months.
• Reference visit in Department of municipal economy of the mayor's office of Yaroslavl where positive reviews about a product and about Prof-Consulting company were received.

Workflow automation of self-government institutions, namely the following business processes became a project objective:

• office;
• the direction of documents on addressees;
• imposing of resolutions;
• issue and execution of instructions;
• approval of the NPA;
• initiative documents, etc.

For the solution of assigned tasks the solution developed by the partner of DocsVision, "Administrative office-work" was selected.

The project is going to be implemented at the beginning of 2013. Implementing solution should allow Administration of Rybinsk to accelerate the movement of dokumet and also to increase control of performing discipline."
