The administration of Semenovsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod Region automates accounting of budget expenditure

The BFT company performed implementation in financial management of administration of Semenovsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod Region of an end-to-end system "ATsK-Byudzhetnye services".

Result

Use "ATsK-Byudzhetnye" in Semenovsky district allowed to involve services in planning process of the budget along with employees of financial management of managers and receivers of budgetary funds. Consolidation of all participants of planning process of the budget in a common information space by means of the organization of electronic document management simplified processing and use of information in the course of preparation of documents and calculations.

As a result of project implementation processes of formation of the list of services (works), calculation of normative cost of service (work), calculations of charges of property of organizations, formations of municipal tasks for budget and autonomous institutions are automated. Specialists of financial management had an opportunity in the automated mode to perform calculation and finishing the amounts of subsidies for accomplishment of a municipal task.
