The administration of Tula region implements technology of property management

On October 27, 2014 the BFT company announced implementation in the region of a uniform information and analytical system of object management of state-owned property on the platform of the SAUMI complex.

Project Tasks

By optimization of structure of property of Tula region, the high priority was received by a problem of conducting uniform and complete accounting of objects of property of Tula region, increase in level of reliability of information about him and its legal status. There was a need of software implementation for automation of accounting according to the legislation which would answer modern tasks of management of state property and land resources.

Project Progress

For increase in effective management of property and the order the land plots which are owned by Tula region, experts of BFT Company jointly with specialists of the Ministry of informatization, communication and questions of open management of Tula region and "The center of information technologies" installed a uniform information and analytical system of object management of state-owned property at the heart of which the software package "SAUMI" in the region.

Specialists of "The center of information technologies" Tula region developed and implemented the automated information and analytical system of management of state property of Tula region. A system is based on the software package "SAUMI" and provides efficiency and quality of management of a land and property complex.

Specialists of BFT Company carried out structural analysis of processes of management of state property in the Ministry of the property and land relations of Tula region. The technological solutions increasing efficiency of work of staff of the ministry and efficiency of expenditure of budgetary funds are worked and implemented.

Artur Kontrabayev, the minister of informatization, communication and questions of open management of Tula region, noted: "The automated system will give the chance to quickly enter data on property and the land plots. Thus, in a system there will be only up-to-date verified data. And the built-in mechanism of formation of ready reports will allow to provide as soon as possible the information on objects of property of Tula region. Thanks to a system we reduce hours-long work to 1-2 minutes. Also, within adaptation of a system, the possibility of the automated data exchange with Territorial authority of Federal State Statistics Service in Tula region in the approved format was configured".

Project Results

System implementation results:

• Accounting of property and ample opportunities of modeling, the organization, property management, by means of analytical systems capabilities and flexible search capabilities of information on objects of state-owned property and related data.

• Increase in employee performance of the ministry as a result of decrease in time expenditure at management of state-owned property.

• Process optimization of interaction of the ministry with the population of Tula region. Now the physical persons and legal entities making inquiries in the ministry obtain all necessary information in short terms.
