2020: Implementation of Astra Linux Common Edition release Oryol 2.12

On July 24, 2020 Astra Linux Group, the developer of operating systems and means of virtualization, reported that they together with system integrator of the Ulyanovsk region "Center of Software Solutions" completed the project on transfer of IT infrastructures of gosuchrezheniye of area to domestic operating systems of the Astra Linux family. The administration of Zheleznodorozhny district of Ulyanovsk became the 45th organization for July, 2020 in which the system integrator with expert support of vendor softwares performed migration on Russian.

In administration of Zheleznodorozhny district of Ulyanovsk the project team built IT infrastructure based on the operating system of general purpose Astra Linux Common Edition release Oryol 2.12 integrated with the segment working under Microsoft Windows. Full interaction of software and peripheral equipment is provided, compatible domestic analogs of the products intended for application only running Windows OS are picked up. Freely extended packet of office applications is set. As a result the provided complete solution correctly functions and meets all needs of the customer.
