In the Leningrad Region earned the National Examination portal

On August 28, 2017 the Netrika company announced start in the Leningrad Region of an information system for inhabitants of the region "National examination", available to the address народнаяэкспертиза.рф. A system allows the population to announce problems in the field of ecology and road economy and also to trace the course of consideration of offers and to receive on them answers. According to the statement of the company, the message are considered quicker than the 30-day term determined by the Federal law "About an Order of Consideration of Citizens' Appeals of the Russian Federation".

Residents of the area had an opportunity to write on the portal about problems in the field of improvement and transport and pedestrian infrastructure, using a personal account in the Unified identification and authentication system (Unified identification and authentication system). Several departmental organizations among which there is a Committee of the state ecological supervision of the Leningrad Region and GKU "Lenavtodor" are responsible for consideration and work on requests.

As of August 28, 2017, more than 100 addresses from which on the most part the answer was already received came to a system. At the same time the interactive map reflecting a location of messages allows to reveal leading areas by their quantity and to carry out the analysis of environmental problems and damages of a paving on areas.

In addition, after authorization on the portal residents of the area can pass specialized polls also: their results in the future will help to fill an information system with a number of additional functions.

According to us, an opportunity to address directly public services defines demand of the National Examination portal among residents of the area. The number of the statements which arrived and processed for the first weeks after its start demonstrates the high importance of a geographic information system. In the future we are going to develop a system — in particular, to implement an opportunity to announce problems of improvement and housing and public utilities — Andrey Polunin, the vice-chairman of Committee on communication and informatization of the Leningrad Region told.

According to the project manager in the Automation direction of Netrika company Alexander Feinstein, it is convenient to use the National Examination system: the interface of the portal allows to log into the system including from the mobile device. Besides, application launch "National examination" for devices based on Android and iOS is planned.

Consideration of messages takes some days, and people see real advantage: unauthorized dumps disappear, holes in a paving are under repair, reset of the crude waters in area reservoirs stops, Alexander Feinstein added.
