The administration of the Prionezhsky municipal District of Republic of Karelia selected a document management system and tasks of TEZIS for automation of office-work and other processes of work of the state organization.
Prionezhsky district is located in the north of the Republic of Karelia. The total area of the area - 4475 km ², the population is 21.6 thousand human. The administrative center of the area is to Petrozavodsk.
The District Administration includes eleven divisions, including department of office-work and information exchange. In the summer of 2015 the leaders of the area made the decision on automation of work of clerks by implementation of EDMS.
From an expected system the functionality of workflow automation and management of office and also managements of meetings, work with citizens' appeals and ability to integrate with the system of interdepartmental electronic document management was expected.
After thorough examination of the workflow systems presented at the market the organization made the decision to organize the tender for state procurement of EDMS by means of the open area of electronic biddings. The auction which came to the end on October 12, 2015 was won by Haulmont company with the THESIS system.
Implementation of EDMS THESIS in administration of the Prionezhsky municipal district began in the first of November, 2015. A system was installed on Linux servers of the Customer within several days.
At the end of December, 2015 a system was brought into operation. At the moment the Customer is satisfied with system operation and plans further development of the project.
In the short term the administration of the Prionezhsky municipal district wants to make scaling of a system to connect the district center to administrations of the rural settlements entering it.
Also in plans of the Customer - gradation on the Expanded version of EDMS THESIS for the purpose of the organization of work with citizens' appeals and legally significant electronic document management.
Besides, in 2016 the organization expects to purchase the module ABBYY Recognition Server for fast recognition of the scanned documents and loading of these documents in the workflow system THESIS.
