The administration of the Pskov region starts electronic registration of newborns

In the Pskov region a system for rendering complex electronic service "Registration of the birth" is brought into operation. A system is created using process methodology and the corresponding tools of Software AG & IDS Scheer company.

Complex public service "Registration of the birth" covers all cycle of registration of the child in all proper authorities.

About process

The solution for such complex state service is used complex too. Using the integrated platforms ARIS and webMethods, the service (the difficult and "end-to-end" administrative and managerial process passing through several departments) is modelled, from model regulatory documents are automatically created, the service is automated (turns into electronic), using a service-oriented integration bus webMethods of ESB interdepartmental information exchange is provided, at last, control of service execution (monitoring of process indicators of effectiveness) is executed.
