On February 5, 2015 the SPIRIT company announced obuchastiya in carrying out the first interactive reception of citizens by the Governor of the Rostov region Vasyl Golubev. On the basis of the VideoMost software product the RND Software company developed Interactive Reception of the Governor service.
During acceptance the governor personally communicated to 8 citizens from different localities of area, all 20 requests were registered. 8 representatives of the state and municipal authority who helped the governor or received from it orders also participated in acceptance. Residents of the region could ask personally the questions concerning them, being at the same time in any the place, comfortable for them. Participants noted convenience of a similar format of communication which allows to save considerably time and funds of authorities and inhabitants for business trips and moving.
The functionality of a reception is not limited to monthly personal meetings with the governor, also any inhabitant will be able to look at records of acceptances, to obtain exact information on problems of edge and solutions of the Governor on them. If the user of a system has no opportunity to be connected with the PC, then he will be able to make it from the tablet on iOS (iPad) or Android.
