Administration of the Samara region (Service of telephony and communication)

MTS announced at the beginning of 2017 a victory in open tenders on provision of services of the fixed and mobile communication for the state budget organizations of health care of the Samara region. According to the results of biddings the staff of ten medical institutions of Samara and Togliatti will use a voice communication, the mobile and fixed Internet of MTS. Total amount of contracts was 1.2 million rubles.

In 2017 MTS will provide with mobile communication one of the largest medical institutions of the Volga region – the Samara regional hospital of Seredavin and also the Volga central district hospital, the Samara regional blood transfusion station, the Tolyatti city children's hospital No. 1 and other key objects of health care of the Samara region. The packet of the services rendered by the operator includes providing number, a local, domestic long distance and international telecommunication, intra network, national and international roaming, the mobile Internet, acceptance and transfer of the SMS and MMS messages during 2017.

In addition to mobile communication, MTS will provide to medical institutions broadband access in the Internet. In 2017 the operator will provide with the fixed Internet the Samara regional center for prevention and fight about AIDS and infectious diseases, medical sanitary station No. 5 of Kirovsky district, Territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Samara region and some other the state budget organizations working in the field of health care.

In addition to the largest medical institutions of area, MTS there was also communication service provider for 2017 for the Duma of the city district of Togliatti, TTU Samara, the state housing inspectorate of the Samara region, service of operation of buildings and constructions Syzran, MFC of the Volga district, the Volga air rescue center and some other the municipal enterprises and the organizations. During tenders MTS offered the most attractive cost of services at the high level of service, individual approach and a set of additional services.
