The administration of the Saratov region completed implementation InformSystems of control over the contingent of pupils

On February 10, 2015 Rostelecom and Дневник.ру companies announced end work on system implementation "Contingent region" in regional information infrastructure of the Saratov region, the Irkutsk region, in the Republic of Dagestan.

Premises of creation of a single interdepartmental system - lack of reliable information about the actual and predicted amount of the studying different age.

Information on number been born and registered at the place of residence is in different departments and is often unavailable in a foreground mode, problems of planning of construction of the preschool educational organizations are insufficiently effectively solved. Data on the state of health of pupils are of separate interest.

The information system should allow to obtain information on needing creation of special conditions according to the individual program of rehabilitation. Among the tasks facing this system, communication of data on pupils, their health, grade levels and its success. For the purpose of prevention of homelessness an important problem of a system is operational identification not started training or stopped it.

According to project participants, system implementation "Contingent region" will help to solve priority problems of the state in the field of education informatization. Creation of the unified electronic register of the educational organizations will improve quality of rendering the public and municipal services in electronic form through EPGU, will facilitate monitoring and data analysis.
