The administration of the Taimyr Dolgan-Nenets municipal district buys E1 Euphrates

The administration of the Taimyr Dolgan-Nenets municipal district signed the agreement with Cognitive Technologies company on system implementation of electronic document management based on robotic Business Process Management Suite and the documents "E1 Euphrates".

The Taimyr Dolgan-Nenets area - the municipal district in a northern part of Krasnoyarsk Krai. The biggest on the area the municipal district in Russia. In its territory the most northern continental place in the world — the cape of Chelyuskina is located. The area in the territory of which there are 4 municipal entities is located beyond Arctic Circle.

High extent of geographical distribution within the area and specifics of the polar region put a set of problems before the management of the region. With respect thereto, there are increased requirements to document flow. Confidence that the addressee will study documents in the mildest terms is necessary for users. Besides, it is especially important to have an opportunity to control course of execution of instructions being in one hundred kilometers from the contractor. For this reason, the administration of the Taimyr Dolgan-Nenets municipal district made the decision on implementation of electronic document management. The choice "E1 Euphrates" was caused by presence at the system of broad functionality, convenient and the intuitive interface and also flexibility in setup and administration.

In the project progress, in particular, it is going to automate process of registration of the entering and outgoing documents, to differentiate access rights to documents depending on degree of their importance and confidentiality and also to provide system control of execution of the instructions issued to employees.
