SKB Kontur and the Ulyanovsk region signed "road map" on implementation of digital solutions in region economy

2020: Agreement on digitalization of the region

On March 16, 2020 SKB Kontur reported that together with the Ulyanovsk region signed "road map" on implementation of digital solutions in region economy.

The government of the region approved with representatives of SKB Kontur the actions plan of the road map in the Ulyanovsk region on digital cooperation. The document was signed the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Ulyanovsk region by Marina Alekseeva and the director of the Volga region macroregional center of SKB Kontur company Sergey Domaratsky.

Work with SKB Kontur became direct continuation of the strategic Digital Pumping session which took place on September 28, 2019. Following the results 46 tasks under which digital solutions were picked up were defined.

According to Marina Alekseeva, implementation of the road map will allow to accelerate digital transformation of the region including in the field of business.

The single digital platform of monitoring of activity of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs will allow to obtain the complete information about activity of subjects of business on the basis of which it is possible to create an individual complex of instruments of support and interaction with each of them. It is especially relevant in connection with canceling since January 1, 2021 of an UIIT and need of transfer of a number of subjects of MSP to other modes. Such platform is capable to create the uniform list of entrepreneurs with which we will pointwise work, noted the First Deputy Prime Minister

Also according to the actions plan digital transformation will affect the industries of education and health care. Work with universities and Susa regarding training of students in work with software products of the Circuit will be one of the directions.

We continue work begun in 2019 on "Digital pumping", preparation and agreement signature about cooperation in January, 2020 by the Governor Sergey Morozov from SKB Kontur on the platform of the Gaidar forum was the first step. Further a lot of work on preparation and approval of the list of actions of the road map was carried out. The program includes carrying out series of master classes, educational seminars, thematic conferences, tenders for a small and medium entrepreneurship and also implementation of pilot projects and efficiency evaluation of regional cases, emphasized the Adviser to the Governor concerning digital and technology development of the Ulyanovsk region Vadim Pavlov

The state is faced by very ambitious problem of digitalization of a set of services, both for the population, and for business. It is great that services, usual for us, gradually go to online.
