2021: Transition to SMEV 3 in terms of accepting applications from AIS MFC Delo to SED Delo

Ulyanovsk region switched to interaction using SMEV 3 technology between AIS MFC Delo and SED Delo in terms of accepting applications from AIS to SED. This was announced on June 24, 2021 in the EOS company. Previously, interaction was carried out through the SMEV 2 service.

The transition to SMEV 3 technology instead of the previous SMEV 2 as part of the provision of public services was carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 28, 2017 No. 345.

In accordance with this document, interdepartmental electronic interaction with federal executive bodies is allowed exclusively using a single electronic service of a single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction, that is, through SMEV 3. From July 1, 2021, work is planned to disconnect productive services in SMEV 2, in connection with which its use will become impossible.

The transition to SMEA 3 has led to a qualitative improvement in the exchange of statements and their outcomes, namely:

• the volume of investments transferred to SED Delo increased;
• Enhanced status exchange model
• improved acceptance of additional investments as part of the provision of services. Now users of SED "Delo" are notified of the delivery from AIS "MFC Delo" of an additional set of documents on a previously submitted application.
