The office is combined with the reception room, where the workplaces of deputies, secretaries and employees of the city administration apparatus are located. Despite the fact that the volume of the user base is small, the need for system reliability is very high: MCDS must reliably identify passing people and prevent unauthorized access to the protected perimeter. With the launch of the system, users' fingerprints were entered into a single database. This ensures that only employees and proxies have access to the reception room.

Biometric MCDS is organically built into other systems of the institution: for example, in addition to a fingerprint reader and an electronic lock, the reception door is equipped with radio control equipment. The radio channel allows secretaries to manually control the access of visitors.
