"Aeroclub" robotized financial and economic processes in 1C

On June 5, 2019 the Aeroklub company announced completion of creation uniform information financial activities (ISUFD) of a sistemyupravleniye based on the application software solution "1C: Holding Management 8". The project was implemented together with CROC Inc. Ltd, designer's service for quality control of project solutions and documentation was performed by 1C Company.

Key project tasks – ensuring automation business processes accounting and tax accounting, managements financial of flows and liquidity, managements of settlings with partners and electronic document management, formations of the regulated and management reporting.

During the project on creation of ISUFD it was necessary to increase availability of financial services to the internal client, to provide key staff of the company with analytical information for acceptance of the justified management decisions online. Besides, there was a task to increase the level of information security and quality of technical support of a system.

Complexity of the project owing to industry features of a business model of Aeroclub became obvious at a stage of drawing up technical specifications during which 289 business functions were described, 121 requirements to automation are collected and systematized, the technology isolation of data streams for 980 steps of a business process model is provided.

The CROC company was responsible for development and deployment in operation of the information management system with financial activities of the Aeroklub agency. The project was implemented in 12 months during which specialists of CROC created more than 60 specialized functions and robots ensuring functioning more than 50 business processes of the agency. In particular, the module of daily automatic generation of primary documents on the basis of 10 thousand transactions of the agency on all types of services was developed: an avia - and train tickets, hotels, transfers. The module of automatic recognition of payments is also created and the individual approach to report forms of corporate clients from different spheres of business consolidating more than 100 processing rules is provided. The mechanism of formation of printed forms, including electronic document management is developed for convenience of clients. Thanks to the created ISUFD Aeroklub had a possibility of automatic control of the performance indicators specific to low-marginal business, including the operational analysis of receivables and loan portfolio, cash flows with control of limits of expenses.

Architectural concepts of a System were created and tested using the cloud Integrated stand of development of CROC for 1C and a special product of 1C Company – "by 1C: System of design of application solutions". It allowed to provide high quality of settings and completions of software of 1C and also to receive detailed project and operational documentation in electronic form. A system became "alienable" from the developer and can be transferred to support and development on a competitive basis to any partner of 1C with the corresponding qualification and with the short period of immersion to specifics of its work.
