2020: Implementation of the automated solution on monitoring of program implementation of the innovative development

On September 7, 2020 it became known that specialists Russian system integrator "Ramax International" (enters RAMAX GROUP) completed an implementation project of the automated solution on monitoring of program implementation of the innovative development (FEAST) in the companies of group "Aeroflot".

This technological solution which allows to optimize labor costs on preparation of the mid-term plan of implementation and the reporting of accomplishment of PIR, time for collecting and verification of data and also provides the centralized collecting and information storage.

At the beginning of 2019, on start of project works, major problems on creation of a full-fledged workplace of employees of group of support of PIR of PJSC Aeroflot and subsidiaries were set for a team of consultants - the joint-stock company "Rossiya Airlines and "Avrora airline. JSC V ramkakh of the project specialists Ramax International developed the module of the automated collecting, verifications, consolidations and data preparations for formation of the mid-term plan FEAST and the module of preparation of the reporting on execution of PIR and the expanded operational reporting under group Aeroflot.

The solution was integrated with the system of operational accounting, production systems, a planning and budgeting system. Considering the fact that an essential part of IT infrastructure of Aeroflot is implemented based on solutions of specific vendors, in architecture possibilities of the products which are already operated by the customer were used. It positively affected integration and setup of a monitoring system of PIR by terms of works and its adaptation in an IT landscape of the Aeroflot group.

For September, 2020 the works are completed, the decision is made by the customer in commercial operation.

In our plans to increase a figure of merit of program implementation of the innovative development by 2 items Besides, we expect significant reduction of volumes of manual work in the course of formation of plans and reports.

The project is qualified as Research and Development, and this first similar solution in the field of automation of monitoring of the Program of the innovative development in the Russian market in principle, than we very much are proud, – the head of department of analytical solutions and the reporting Ramax International Ekaterina Volkova says. – Participation in the project for the Aeroflot group and its end gives us understanding of the perspective directions of development of a system.
