Automation of logistics, inventory and control of waste disposal

With the help of software solutions of the Soyuz 317 company, the regional operator in the field of waste management in the Republic of Khakassia, Aerositi-2000, managed to take control of more than 40 garbage trucks and 30 thousand containers. This became known on September 30, 2022.

With the help of software products, in just two months we carried out a full inventory of all container sites, in the process we revealed irrelevant data - for example, places of accumulation, which in fact do not exist. As of September 2022, technology is used to organize the work of the regional operator and contractors on 47 waste transportation routes. The automatic control and accounting system covers almost 28 thousand containers, 25 thousand sites and 43 garbage trucks.

IT products allow you to quickly identify problem situations without involving other employees.

For example, there are cases when the car took the garbage, and an hour later the container is filled again, and we receive a complaint about non-withdrawal. In this situation, the system documents the fact of waste removal, - the head of Aerositi-2000 cited an example.

Technologies also facilitate the work of drivers - the crew of a garbage truck uses a mobile application instead of printed forms of a route task. As a result, the path to each container site is built automatically by pressing a pair of buttons, and the number of paper documents is reduced.

The period of internship of new drivers with the introduction of this application was reduced from 10 to 2 days.

With the help of the Logistics module, you can quickly and conveniently build waste disposal routes, especially for the private sector - the company serves a large number of addresses on its territory - almost 19,000 containers.
