Agama IT Group, Group (ITAN: Management Balance)

Specialists of project department of ITAN company performed project works of automation of financial management accounting of AGAMA IT GROUP. In the course of an implementation project the following works were carried out:

• The accounting model of management accounting is formalized and technical proposals on its automation are developed.
• The model of management accounting is configured in the ITAN: Management Balance program, and handed over on a test example.
• Integration with the accounting system of the Customer of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 is made.
• "ITAN: Management Balance" with the configured model is transferred to working base "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management".
• Opening balances of these registers of operational accounting are loaded into "ITAN: Management Balance".
• The ITAN: Management Balance system is put into operation, the personnel are trained.

The remained peripheral managerial databases will be connected further. The consolidated database in which managerial data will be overloaded will be separately implemented and to prepare consolidated financial statements. Budgeting will be implemented on a subsystem "ITAN: Budgeting", so far in a simple type for input and the analysis of financial budgets income and expense budgets and BDDS. After that automation of a complex budgeting model is planned.
