The Agey-7 company starts technological business process management

The implementation project of Business Process Management Suite of ELMA in Agey-7 production construction company came to the end, the company implementer - EleWise, reported on May 22, 2013.

Task

Main objective of acquisition and system implementation in the company - automation of a basic process of construction.

Stages

The project consisted of three stages:

The first stage carries out installation, setup of a system, training of staff of the company.

As a part of the second stage of work on setup of a basic process of "Interaction with production". Process connects 4 system modules:

• the module "Processes" (initiation of processing of the request from the Customer, an accurate procedural chain of the sequence of transactions)
• module "Document flow" (storage technical tasks and drawings)
• module "KPI" (measurement of terms of accomplishment of the general processing of the request and also separately processing of documentation by the architect and production of parts)
• module "Project management"

The final stage - workflow automation. Specialists entered the main document types participating in document flow of the company: Incoming letters, Outgoing letters, Acts, Agreements, Supplementary agreements.
