Printing company Agro-PAC"" implemented the system. "1C: Printing 2. Module for 1C:ERP, 1S:KA and 1S:UT " Order settlement and flexo printing are optimized. Operational control of the work of subdivisions is organized at all stages - from receipt of orders to planning of production and shipment of products to customers. Orders are executed faster, the turnover of the warehouse has increased by 5%. The company 1C announced this on April 24, 2025.

The company receives about 600 orders each month. For their timely implementation, it is necessary to promptly plan the supply of materials, rationally manage the loading of employees and equipment, and clearly predict the timing of production.

Previously, the company used a complex of information systems that were not integrated with each other. Order data had to be repeatedly transferred from one program to another. Spreadsheets were used to manage production. All this led to delays in the coordination of information between departments and the processing of orders. It was difficult to plan and control the production stages for each order, it was not possible to quickly evaluate the variances between the actual and planned costs.

The company needs an information system that would make it possible to organize control over the work of departments at all stages - from calculating orders by managers to planning the production and shipment of products to customers. It was necessary to establish a reliable planned calculation of circulations, speed up the processing of orders, automate the calculation of flexo printing, and ensure the receipt of operational information on the actual indicators.

To implement the tasks, the industry solution "1C: Polygraphy 2. Module for 1C:ERP, 1S:KA and 1C: UT. " The implementation partner was the developer of the system - the company "Armex."

The main results of the project:

  • Order settlement is automated. The existing library of carved knives for labels has been transferred to the system, taking into account their characteristics (status, shape of the stamp, clearance along the length, etc.). Added the ability to add new knives to the library - manually and by copying. Additional knife details have been added, additional processing has been integrated, which allows you to accurately calculate the cost of making a carved knife in a third-party organization. This accelerated the selection of knives and the calculation of orders, made it easier to purchase knives for printing circulations.
  • Flexo printing calculation algorithms have been improved. The selection of the width of the material for the manufacture of products is automated and the ability to calculate orders is added, in which the indicator of the number of teeth is calculated through a factor different from the standard one. This made it possible to bring the actual parameters of orders as close as possible to the planned indicators.
  • Added the ability to register the quantity of finished products released and then fill out the release document. This functionality allows you to track the speed of the order and quickly receive up-to-date information about the degree of its readiness.
  • Additional functionality of discounts and surcharges accounting has been implemented, an additional possibility of comparison has been created, which allows managers in one calculation to see order calculations at different runs (up to 10 options). The variability of the value offered makes it easier to reconcile orders with customers.
  • The system automatically calculates management bonuses, which are defined as a percentage of the planned profit on the order. The number of errors decreased, and the accuracy of the calculation increased. Managers now clearly understand how their rewards are calculated, which motivates them to achieve better results.

The main advantage from the introduction of 1C was the receipt of a single transparent system that unites all departments of the company. This made it possible to reduce the number of errors in the transfer of information, speed up the processing of orders and bring the actual indicators closer to the planned values.
