The Agroros bank completed automation of financial monitoring on the ELMA BPM platform

2018

On January 30, 2019 it became known that in December, 2018 the project on automation of department of financial monitoring of Agroros bank was complete. Within implementation integration of the ELMA BPM system with bank services was carried out, process of reporting is implemented and infographics which reflects the current indicators of department is created.

Automation of key processes of bank was performed by a command which employees of the bank and the partner of ELMA of BP Engineering LLC entered. The works on automation of works with the credits and bank cards, opening of checking accounts and also office and internal services were completed.

At the end of 2018 the bank completed one more big layer of works on automation of financial monitoring of bank in the ELMA BPM system. Among the carried-out tasks: integration into the core banking system and internal banking systems, SMS gateway, 1C, mail system, network domain, studies visual infopanely, calculation of ratings and analytical reports.

Working in the platform of ELMA bank accelerates external and internal communications and also transfers them on electronic Wednesday that allows to reduce labor costs and to increase efficiency of works.

2017

Since 2017 the bank performs a regulation of work with documents on the ELMA platform, providing the speed of accomplishment of tasks in processes where for clients the term of waiting can be critical. Need to automate these processes arose with expansion of filial structure which considerably complicated communication.
