Agromat (business intelligence of QlikView)

About company PTK "Agromat"
Supplier of a ceramic tile, largest in Ukraine, plumbing fixtures and joint products. Owns the biggest in Ukraine specialized shopping center of Suites of Ceramics and also capacities for production of a figured tile and ceramic friezes. The company has more than 500 suppliers and over 10,000 dealers. In 4 branches across Ukraine 1400 employees work.

Project Tasks
Increase in business performance by means of the analytical tool for decision support and also creation of the platform for further development of a system of the business analysis by own forces of specialists of Agromat company.
Incentive to implementation desire of company management became considerable to increase the speed and quality of the made management decisions. Daily through the accounting system of the company there pass about 10000 transactions at simultaneous operation about 500 users therefore on creation of analytical reports a lot of time left earlier. Besides, these reports were static, there was no possibility of flexible interactive data analysis.

Description and stages of the project
Within the project the analytical applications "Analysis of Sales" (the full-function analysis by goods, clients, suppliers, branches, managers) and Stock analysis were successfully implemented (turnover sheets on goods and goods turnover analysis by batches, warehouses, suppliers). All project was complete in record time: from agreement signature prior to the presentation of the ready-made solution to internal customers there passed only 3 calendar weeks.
In plans of the company – further development of a system by forces of own IT department, in particular implementation of the following analytical applications – "Analysis of Working Capital" and "Analysis of Receivables".

Project Effect
The first economic effect thanks to information obtained through the analytical applications started in work was received even before project finish.
