The AND Project company completed an implementation project of an electronic management system for purchases of ALPS based on Microsoft SharePoint in Air Liquide company ("Er Likid").

Rapid growth and expansion of scales of activity Air Liquide required new approach to the organization of information, systematization of the current tasks and their accomplishment. As during the work with the large volume of data the strengthened structurization and control are necessary, the decision to implement an electronic management system for purchasing process as for the company it is one of key was made and in many respects defines business performance in general.
"We looked for the tool, optimal on price relation and functionality, in which local requirements and specifics of activity of Air Liquide, in particular, in the field of logistics and customs would be considered. The different companies were attracted to the tender. As a result it was selected by AND Project which proposed rather flexible and fast solution in development on the basis of the modern and dynamically developing Microsoft SharePoint platform", - Tatyana Giyomett, the director of procurement of Air Liquide told.
Solution
Project objective was creation of a system which as much as possible would consider specifics of activity of the large, geographically distributed company with the centralized structure of supply and increased efficiency of business process of purchases. Using a new automated system it was going to minimize paper document flow and as much as possible to accelerate the movement of the order from the creation moment before closing and also to manage effectively expenses of the company - to exercise control of purchasing activity on key performance indicators.
"The complete elimination of paper document flow regarding work with requests, agreements and orders became key feature of the project. All reconciliation procedures are transferred to a system and have the history of approval that significantly reduces financial and operational risks of the modern company working according to the conventional international standards", - Andrey Vikulin, the head of department of projects SharePoint of AND Project company noted.
