For AKMA holding the complex project consisting of consulting works and works on creation and implementation of a new information system was carried out. The consulting project began summer of 2006 and consisted of the next stages:
- Express analysis.
Main objective of the carried-out stage – receiving an original informatin about the enterprise customer, diagnostics of the existing problem areas, requirements gathering to an information system. The main problems of the enterprise were revealed and the list of actions for their solution is defined. This information allowed to create structure, terms of accomplishment and cost of future project then to transfer these data to the customer in a document type "Technical commercial offer".
- Inspection and the description of an organization structure and the existing business processes.
- Modeling and business process optimization of the enterprise. Within a stage modeling and process optimization of 15 production and administrative services of holding was made.
- Optimization of organizational structure of the enterprise.
Along with business process optimization improvement of organizational structure of the enterprise was made. The document "Regulations on Structure" of the enterprise became result of a stage.
- Regulation of activity of the enterprise.
Within works on a regulation a number of the actions directed to increase in efficiency of activity of the enterprise customer and process optimization of interaction between divisions was held. Business processes were regulated, schemes of document flow are developed and approved. Results of holding consulting actions are transferred to the customer in a document type "Regulations of business processes", "The scheme of document flow" and Structure of the enterprise.
- Based on the approved regulations "The concept of an information system" on the fields of operational management was created: personnel management, calculation of the managerial and regulated salary. Also, in the concept of an information system future program and technical architecture of an information system and its communication with other software packages entering a complex of enterprise information systems including 1C: Accounting was described.
The documents which became result of consulting works formed base for work on automation of the AKMA enterprise.
Works on automation began spring of 2007.
In October, 2007 the first stage of automation of holding was completed. A number of diverse software products which was used before implementation of a new system in different divisions of the enterprise was as a result replaced.
The information system consisting of a subsystem of the payroll calculation and personnel records as regulated, and managerial was brought into commercial operation. Also the module Treasury was implemented.
At the first stage work of 20 users was automated.
In 2008 the project proceeded, production, a warehouse, logistics and other areas of accounting were automated.
