The Akvion company transferred EDMS to cloud SaaS-сервис Cloud SharePoint from LanCloud

On June 18, 2018 the company LanCloud announced transfer EDMS of the pharmaceutical company "Akvion" in cloud SaaS- service Cloud SharePoint.

Long time the company used the internal system of document flow unrolled on own servers based on Microsoft SharePoint 2007 which became strongly outdated and ceased to satisfy to business needs. The company planned system implementation of automation business processes which required transition to the version - SharePoint 2016. It required considerable expenses on acquisition of the server hardware, on the license Microsoft SharePoint Server and SQL Server and also works on implementation. By estimates of the company project cost was about 3 million rubles, apart from further costs for support of service.

For the purpose of cost minimization the Akvion company made the decision to consider the possibility of use of cloud services. On analysis results of the offers which are available in the market the Cloud SharePoint service from the Russian cloud provider of LanCloud was selected. LanCloud provided month of the free test period during which the company could be convinced that the Cloud SharePoint service completely satisfies with everything to business needs.
