RKIT automated office-work and management of meetings in Alans

On June 5, 2019 RKIT company announced creation of a single system for management of procedures of office-work, meetings and control of instructions of the management in Alans LLC.

The company management of "Alans" participated in problem definition therefore a system was initially aimed not only at document flow digitalization, but first of all at problem solving of management.

During working meetings the customer and RKIT company approved amount of works, created the project plan for 4 months. Weekly the next iteration of the solution taking into account completions under requirements of the company was provided to the customer. The document "Approval of a Configuration of an Information System" and a prototype of a system became a result. The prototype was put into trial operation, and specialists of "Alans" began to work in a system. During testing scenarios of business processes were fulfilled, other tsenariya were created. As a result it was created contradict additional completions, a part from which was entered into the system, a part was transferred the next stage.

As a result, specialists of RKIT created deeply worked solution on automation of office-work and meetings for Alans LLC.

Solution:

• answers features of the organization of office-work in the company of Alans;
• as much as possible automates routine transactions: reduces load of heads and clerks during the work with documents; reduces errors in given documents when filling cards;
• helps to control execution of instructions.

Based on the solution for Alans company and also a number of projects for other customers the RKIT company developed a prototype "RKIT: Corporate office-work", entered a product line of the company and registered century register Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications RUSSIAN FEDERATION.
