Alaska LD (Qguar WMS)

The Alaska LD company made decisions to introduce foreign experience of automation of work of a warehouse on own production and distributive complex in Kiev region. The system provider of management of a warehouse selects Quantum International Ltd company. (TM Qguar).

Qguar WMS manages the warehouse of the frozen products integrating under the same roof several functional parts: raw-material storage and self-produced finished goods warehouse.

On an object constant temperature condition is supported: up to -25 °C, mobile rack constructions are used. The total area of an object – 4.5 thousand sq.m. from which about 2 thousand sq.m. occupy cameras of deep freezing. The total quantity of assortment positions, acceptance, placement and shipment is controlled by means of Qguar WMS, makes about 400 pieces.

System operation is performed using radio terminals and also special scales which are integrated with a warehouse management system – Qguar WMS. Considering special temperature condition in a warehouse of Alaska LD company, the warehouse management system issues accurate tasks to employees that allows to reduce time of their stay in "a cold zone" practically by 4 times.

System operation of Qguar WMS Pro in the warehouse "Alaska LD" is followed by technical support of specialists of the Kiev office Quantum International (TM Qguar).
