On March 13, 2018 the company of Technology of the Future announced system implementation of an electronic queue of NeuroniQ in "The Aldan central district hospital" in Yakutia. A system is installed in 3 workplaces.
To arrange a flow of patients, in registry of hospital the terminal of an electronic queue which allows to take a talonchik was installed to get in line and also to register to the specialist the next day. In addition, each workplace of registry is taken by the quality evaluation panel. Now patients can express the opinion on service quality, at the same time the mark is put down to each employee of registry individually.
On a response of the customer, system implementation of NeuroniQ is a big step on the way to increase in level of service in hospital. In addition to ordering of a flow of visitors, thanks to system module of quality evaluation and statistical data which are created by a system the management of hospital will be able to make important management decisions for improvement of work of medical institution.
