Now on the portal of training and development of JSC Alfa-Bank created on the basis of the WebTutor system there undergo distance learning more than 12000 employees a year.

Within the remote portal are created and more than 60 training courses, including from the library developed by WebSoft company are actively used. Under a request of JSC Alfa-Bank a number of specialized remote rates was also developed. In bank the editor of tests who is built in a system who allowed to create the necessary number of the tests which are used for periodic employee assessment on the basis of uniform base of questions is actively used.

Thanks to WebTutor the analysis of results of training and testing of employees is implemented, necessary statistic reports are created, and all results connected with training and assessment of employees are kept in uniform base.

Via the educational portal surveys and votes for the purpose of feedback from employees are regularly taken. The educational portal helps to facilitate process of adaptation of new employees, thanks to the rates developed especially for this purpose and the knowledge base.
